The Small Grants Programme has two funds

• The Community Chest  for tenants, residents and community groups working in east London and Essex. Funds from Community Chest will support projects, which help bring people together or enable them to access local services,  projects must demonstrate how they will benefit East Thames Housing Association residents.
• The Aspirations Fund for young people, unemployed and homeless adults or people with special needs, who are seeking funding to access life-skills training, education or other development opportunities. This fund is only open to residents of the East Thames Housing Group.

There is no deadline for either of these funds, so they can be applied for at any time. The maximum grant for Community Chest is £500 and £2500 for the Aspirations Fund.
