Higher Density

The Higher Density Housing Advisory Group was established with funding from an East Foundation Strategic Grant. It will promote good practice and research in higher density housing.

East Foundation's support will enable this group to commission a range of research and disseminate best practice.

Our work which includes the recently published Higher Density Toolkit will support the government’s strategy to provide additional homes in a sustainable way, taking an integrated approach to the social and economic regeneration of our neighbourhoods.
